Where is my order?


Once you place your order you will receive an email containing your order number. Once your package has been shipped you will receive another email with your tracking number. Always check to make sure the email entered at time of purchase is correct.




When will my order ship?

All orders are shipped within 2-3 business days. During high volumes such as holidays or sales please allow up to 5 business days.



Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes, once your order has been shipped your tracking number will be emailed to you. Please allow 24 hours for tracking number to update.



Can I cancel my order?


Once your order has been not yet been shipped you are able to cancel. You will not be able to cancel once your order has been shipped.



Why hasn’t’ my tracking number updated?

Please allow 24 hours for your tracking number to update.



International customs fees, duties and taxes

All customers are responsible to pay any outstanding custom fees, duties and taxes. The Mink Bandit is not responsible for any customs/international fees.





My package may be lost in the mail. What should I do?

Please contact us if your order does not arrive within 21 business days.



My item arrived damaged what should I do?

Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving package if it arrives damaged.



I am not receiving any updates or emails


Please double check email address entered at time of purchase. Contact us with your order number and new email address if incorrect email address was entered.




If I enter an invalid address


If you make a mistake and enter the wrong address, please contact us with your order number and correct address if the order has not already been shipped. If order has been shipped, please contact applicable carrier to make changes.
