General information

To ensure that your package is delivered within the time frame we advertise, please make sure that your address is correctly entered and includes all relevant information. Please include any abbreviations, street number, building or apartment number and route information (if applicable.)

Lost, misplaced, stolen or incorrectly delivered packages are not our responsibility if the address provided is incorrect at time of purchase.

If the carrier states that your package has been delivered but you state you have not received it, we are not responsible.

Processing time

All orders will be processed within 2-3 business days. This is separate from the time it takes for a shipment to reach its destination once it has been picked up from our fulfillment center by the carrier. Depending on various factors, standard domestic and international orders may take 2-3 business days to process (excluding Saturday, Sunday and holidays.)

Shipping rates may vary based on destination.

During checkout you will see the total price including taxes and shipping and handling charges in the currency of your choice before you place an order.

United States- (5-14 business days)

International- varies by region (10-22 business days)

Tracking

All orders will receive a tracking number once order has been shipped. The email you provide at checkout will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt.

If your package is lost in transit and tracking number has not updated, please contact us.

If the carrier marks your package as delivered, we are not responsible please contact the carrier.
